Stellenbosch is not just about wine. It is the second oldest town in South Africa, also has a world renowned University. Featuring an eclectic mix of Dutch Colonial Architecture with tree lined roads and bespoke buildings. There is much to see, from museums, markets, antique shops, curios and an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit anyone’s palette.
Situated in the heart of the Cape Winelands , surrounded by majestic mountains and over 100 vineyards, Stellenbosch has an array of places to see and things to try.

Jonkershoek Nature Reserve
Located only a 15min drive from the Beautiful South. Set in breathtaking scenery, Jonhershoek Nature reserve is the ideal place for a walk, hike or a cycle. It has over 45 km of hiking and Mountain Biking trails varying from beginner to expert.

Golf
The Beautiful South is in a prime location for golfers. With some of the best golf courses in South Africa within a 20km radius including, De Zalze, Erindale, Devondale and of course Stellenbosch Golf Course, We would be delighted to book tee times for you.
