Staff Protocols
All of our team have been thoroughly briefed and trained in accordance with the Strictest Covid-19 Guidelines and Social Distancing.
Public Areas
We kindly request that you wear a face mask at all times in the Public Areas of The Beautiful South. We have hand sanitizers available at all times in these please feel free to use them. All public areas are routinely sanitized by one of our team members for your added protection.
Check In
On arrival: Please ring the front door bell on arrival. In order to fully accommodate the Covid regulations and so as to ensure your absolute protection, one of our members of staff who will be appropriately protected will meet you at the entrance and prior to welcoming you in, will conduct the standard Covid interview and temperature testing. You will only be allowed to enter the premises if you are wearing a face mask.
Once you have been checked in you will be shown to your room.
Your Room
Our linen is laundered in strict compliance with the Covid-19 regulations and housekeepers are meticulously trained to ensure every surface in your room is sanitized prior to your arrival. We are regrettably unable to provide guest laundry services during Covid-19 restrictions. Your room will be serviced and meticulously cleaned every 2 days unless otherwise requested (so as to minimize risk for you and our staff). For additional guest protection, each room has a minimum of 24 hours between guests.
